Sales of single game tickets to the home games of the 2015 University of Iowa football team to the general public will begin on Friday, July 10, the UI Athletics Department announced today.

Those sales will begin after members of the National I-Club and 2015 Iowa football season ticket holders have an opportunity to make single game purchase based on the following schedule:

· Monday, July 6 – Kinnick Gold and Kinnick Society members

· Tuesday, July 7 – Champion and Golden Hawk members

· Wednesday, July 8 – All other National I-Club donor levels

· Thursday, July 9 – 2015 season ticket holders who are not members of the National I-Club

· Friday, July 10 – General public

One of the many benefits of being a season ticket holder is the opportunity to purchase single game tickets at a discounted price prior to the sale of single game tickets to the general public. Fans of the Hawkeyes are reminded that the UI Athletics Ticket Office is currently accepting orders for 2015 Iowa football season tickets from the general public, UI faculty and staff, and UI students. Fans can also purchase three-game ticket packages; the seat locations for these purchases will be in sections 218-221 of Kinnick Stadium.

To purchase season tickets or a three-game ticket package, fans should call the UI Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800 IA-HAWKS.

Single game tickets for purchase by the general public are priced as follows:

· Illinois State (Sept. 5, 11 a.m., Varsity Club Hall of Fame Weekend/Be Bold, Wear Gold) -- $55 each, $25 youth tickets and discount-priced group tickets are also available

· Pittsburgh (Sept. 19, 7 p.m., ANF Day at the Game/Black and Gold Spirit Day) -- $65 each, discount-priced group tickets are also available

· North Texas (Sept. 26, TBA) -- $60 each, $25 youth tickets and discount-priced youth ticket are also available

· Illinois (Oct. 10, 11 a.m., Homecoming 2015) -- $65 each, discount-priced group tickets are also available

· Maryland (Oct. 31, TBA) -- $65 each, $25 youth tickets and discount-priced group tickets also available

· Minnesota (Nov. 14, 7 p.m., Blackout 2015) -- $65 each, discount-priced group tickets are also available

· Purdue (Nov. 21, TBA, Senior Day/Fan Appreciation Day) -- $65 each, $25 youth tickets and discount-priced group tickets are also available.

Single-game tickets may be purchased online at hawkeyesports.com or by phone at 1-800 IA-HAWKS. The UI Athletics Ticket Office located in Carver-Hawkeye Arena is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Online sales will begin Monday, July 6, at 8 a.m. CT.
