What’s Good: Chick-Fil-A Employees Change Customer’s Flat Tire

Chick-Fil-A has always been known for their quick and kind customer service, and of course their delicious chicken. However, this is taking customer service to a whole new level!

In Chattanooga, Tennessee, a guy named Brian Hall was at a Chick-Fil-A earlier this month when he noticed there was something wrong with his car. As he was sitting in the drive-thru lane, he realized that he had a flat tire. As soon as he realized this, help was on the way!

Two Chick-Fil-A employees came out with their own hydraulic jack to help him out. They put a spare tire on for him and he was good to go. While they were in the middle of this process, other employees also brought Hall his food. Although, the food got cold by the time they were done so the employees brought him out fresh, hot food and two free cookies! Hall posted a photo on Facebook to thank the employees!
