Imagine being 100 years old and still being able to bowl strikes! Heck, I am in my 20's and have bowled maybe 3 strikes in my life.

Waterloo woman, Florence Ramsell, recently celebrated her one-hundredth birthday in February but don't let her age fool you, she is no where near slowing down. In fact, according to KWWL, Florence is still bowling strikes even at 100 years old! Florence still rolls a 12 pound ball and has an average of 120. Not only is she still bowling at 100 years old but she has also been bowling for 60 years... I mean with skills like those they have to come from somewhere right?

Florence has been bowling at Cadillac Lanes in Waterloo almost since opening day and for the past 60 years. Not only that but she is also a member of the Cedar Valley Bowling Hall of Fame since 2007. Florence's passion for bowling knows no bounds as she is still fiercely competitive and still does her daily push-ups and leg curls to stay at the top of her game.

Maybe there is some hope for me to stop using the bumper rails by the time I am 100 after reading this story.... or not.
