According to police, officers conducting a weapons investigation attempted to stop Ketton’s vehicle near Knox Drive and Palmer Drive. Police said Ketton’s vehicle traveled more than 25 miles-per-hour over the speed limit during the pursuit, which ended in the 1100 block of Lindner Drive.
