The Northeast Iowa Family Practice Center will be holding an open house and unveiling a new logo Wednesday, November 16th at its Medical Arts Building in Waterloo.The center’s new logo highlights its commitment to fostering the development of, and providing
area access to, family physicians through the center’s three-year Family Medicine Residency Program, in which residents practice under the supervision of board-certified physicians.

"In addition to informing the public about the center’s mission, the new logo also invites consumers, if already familiar with the center, to take a fresh look, or to explore the center for the first time, including the center’s recently added services" - Dr. Anthony Day, Executive and Program Director of the Northeast Iowa Family Practice Center

“We are proud to offer many new health and wellness services, including chronic care
management, health coaching, case management and group visits,” says Day. To celebrate the new logo and services, the center is holding an open house from 4-7 PM at 2055 Kimball Avenue, Suite 101.

Guests can attend the unveiling of the logos for the center, residency program and foundation, all of which will reflect the aforementioned family medicine theme, and
can also meet providers and learn about the center’s mission and services.

The Northeast Iowa Family Practice Center consists of over 75 staff, providers and supervising physicians and offers physicians the opportunity to practice in an environment that mirrors a private medical practice through its residency program. A joint venture of UnityPoint HealthAllen Hospital and Covenant Medical Center, the Northeast Iowa Medical Education Foundation oversees the residency program and promotes medical research and medical education.
