Tiffany Kay’s Weekend In 5: Haunted House Season

Spooky season is here and I welcomed it with my first haunted house trip of the season this past weekend!

Happy October to all and I hope you are as excited as I am about this month of Halloween (yes it is a month celebration people, not just a day). I started my celebrations this past weekend by going to a haunted house in Cedar Rapids. Now I will be honest, it was not what my friend and I expected or scary but lesson learned and that just puts more pressure on the haunted house for next weekend!

Besides Halloween fun, my weekend was filled with friends and fun! Hitting up some neighborhood bars and some on main street (practicing social distance guidelines of course!). I won my first ever game of darts and have never played before so that was a plus... Oh and I am a winner of cards again as I beat my friend!

Of course, my weekend is not complete without some mac & cheese from Jameson's and yes it was cheesy as seen in the photos below! I also decided to do a little self care this weekend with a pedicure to get some Halloween nails done. All in all it was a pretty good weekend but I always wish it was longer!
