The coronavirus pandemic has caused states to lose massive amounts of tax revenue  with businesses being shutdown for the past couple of months. Somehow, they still have to figure out a way to support their residents. WalletHub has released its report on the States That Need the Most Financial Help Due to COVID-19 and Iowa came in 50th. That's a good thing.

You're probably thinking, define "financial help". WalletHub compared the 50 states across 18 key metrics.
