The Oelwein Community School District will be having a work session Monday (Feb. 20) with a company that is helping the district find a new superintendent.


The session will begin at 7pm in the administration office in Oelwein.

The school board will meet with a representative from the Dave Else Leadership Group.

The board will discuss interview questions and the process to find and hire a new school superintendent.

Current head administrator, Dan Diercks, has announced that he is resigning, effective July 30th; no reason was given for his resignation.
