An Oelwein business is now slated to close following the death of one of its owners.

Dean's Destination Powersports will be closing its doors on Friday, Nov. 9, 2018. Owner Dean Schlitter died earlier this year.

The business, located at the intersection of South Frederick Ave, and Iowa Highway 281, sells motorcycles, off-road vehicles, parts, and accessories.

In appreciation for its customers, Dean's is selling merchandise, in-stock parts, and accessories at 10% over cost. The sale will be in effect until closing day, Friday, Nov. 9. The business itself, will also be up for sale.
