Well, it's finally over. The most vicious political season I've ever seen has finally come to a close. Like it or not, Donald J. Trump will be the 45th President of the United States. I have to say, I'm thrilled that this election is finally over, but sad that the fighting has not.

Social media is one ugly place to be right now. The Trump supporters are celebrating loud and proud. Clinton supporters are mad as hell and are coming up with some very dramati conclusions. I'd be willing to bet that the Trump supporters would have been just as dramatic if Clinton had won.

Until all of the dust settles, I would like to urge everyone to remember, we are all mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and so on. We are ALL Americans and we ALL want the best for our family and our country.

Trump supporters, don't gloat. Be humble. Take the time to listen to other view points. Clinton supporters, be gracious in this loss. Listen to understand. Don't listen to respond. We aren't all going to agree on everything, but wouldn't it be great if we could try to agree on some things?

Always remember, united we stand, divided we fall.
