Black Friday is one of the busiest shopping days of the year that starts at the crack of dawn, causes a lot of stress, gives a lot of deals and usually ends in tears, whether it be because of joy of savings or of exhaustion. In order to take some of the stress out your day and get you some more savings, I have put a list of tips together to help you on this Black Friday.

  1. Make sure to have a list of what you need/want to buy for the day and make a budget. More stress will be caused when you realize how much you have spent and freak out because you spent more than you planned.
  2. Compare prices beforehand. Look at the different deals or sites to compare prices to make sure you get the best deal. You can also compare prices on your phone while you are shopping to save even more money.
  3. Make sure to follow social media for all your favorite stores for deals. Nowadays, if you didn’t know, social media is life! Meaning that most deals that happen in the moment or online are where you are going to find the best deals. So, make sure to follow all your favorite sites for the best deals.
  4. Honestly, just become an online shopper! You don’t even have to leave your house and deal with the stress of lines and people and there is no shame in doing that! You are still a Black Friday shopper. Honestly, you are probably getting better deals online and not having to worry about bringing your first aid kit with you.

Hopefully these tips help you with shopping this Black Friday. However, I will be honest, you might as well not go shopping for all your presents on Black Friday because more likely than not you will go to hide the presents for Christmas, then lose them and have to buy them again. So save yourself some trouble and buy more for yourself than anyone else and then you will treat yourself and save money in the end. Happy shopping!
