It's more of a "what have you done for me lately" situation for the Hawkeyes.

Saturday will be the 112th meeting between the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Saturday's game will be at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis with kickoff set for 2:30pm.

It was in 1935 that the Floyd of Rosedale was introduced to the rivalry. The website Rivals.com even named the Floyd of Rosedale the top rivalry trophy  in college football in 2008. Although the Gophers lead the all-time series 62-47-2 and have taken home the Floyd of Rosedale more times, 42-39-2, Iowa is currently on a 3 year streak of owning the bronze pig and looking to make it 4 years in a row, Saturday. So even though the Gophers own the overall record, the largest victory (75-0 in 1903), and the longest win streak (12 from 1891-1916) it really is a "what have you done for me lately" scenario. 3 years in a row and going for 4.
