Watch ‘Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington Film That ‘Battle of the Bastards’ One-Shot

Even as they seem to do it every year, it’s hard to imagine Game of Thrones topping this past season’s “Battle of the Bastards” for memorable action sequences. At the very least, revisit the scene from every angle, as a new Blu-ray featurette shows Kit Harington filming that famous one-shot.

Now that Game of Thrones: The Complete Sixth Season is officially out on Blu-ray and DVD (with plenty of deleted scenes), Vulture revealed a quick look at one of many trips inside the famous “Battle of the Bastards.” This particular clip below sees the construction of that impressive one-shot, with commentary from director Miguel Sapochnik, Kit Harington, director of photography Fabian Wagner, cameraman Sean Savage and stunt coordinator Rowley Irlam.

We haven’t quite seen anything from Season 7 on the scale of Battle of the Bastards, though we at least know Jon Snow will be getting into plenty more trouble as the newly-crowned King in the North.
