Evansdale Man Busted for Threat Against Officer

An Evansdale man has been arrested for alleged harassment, and also threatening a deputy.

On Wednesday (July 12), the Bremer County Sheriff took custody of 37 year old Thomas Keith, who was being held in the Black Hawk County jail in Waterloo.

Keith is charged with 2 counts of 1st Degree Harassment, involving threats to commit a forcible felony.

Keith is also accused of making indirect threats to assault a Bremer County Deputy.

Keith is being held in the Bremer County Jail in Waverly on a $5,000 bond, and a $25,000 bond.
