Eric Church set an attendance record at Nashville's Nissan Stadium on Saturday night (May 25). According to a press release, 56,521 fans packed into the venue for Church's Double Down Tour stop there -- so many people, in fact, that the show was delayed to give fans enough time to get into the stadium. “I came here 15 years ago and I had dreams, but I'm not sure I could dream this big,” Church told the crowd. “Tonight is a special night for me … I’m gonna give you everything I’ve got all night long, and tonight is going to be a revival. I promise you.” Church will continue his Double Down Tour through November, when it is scheduled to conclude with two dates in Sacramento, Calif.
