Waterloo Golf Courses Set To Open For 2020 Season

Area golfers who have been anxious to get back to the greens will get the opportunity next week.

Waterloo’s three municipal golf courses are scheduled to open for the 2020 season on Monday, March 16, if the weather allows. City officials plan to open Gates Park, Irv Warren Memorial and South Hills at 10 AM.

According to city officials, the municipal courses will remain open for the entire golf season if the weather and course conditions allow.

Season passes are currently available at each of the three courses. Passes can also be purchased at the Waterloo Leisure Services offices, 1101 Campbell Ave.
