Come Meet The Waterloo Bucks Event To Be Held This Weekend

The Waterloo Bucks have announced they will be holding their 2016 Meet the Bucks event on Sunday, May 29 at Pepper’s Grill and Sports Pub in Cedar Falls, Iowa.  The event, which is open to all members of the general public, will begin at 6:30 PM.

Meet the Bucks will provide a chance for fans to meet and interact with the Bucks’ players, coaches, and front office staff.  Pepper’s is located at 620 East 18^th Street in Cedar Falls.

 This year’s format will be emceed by Bucks radio announcer Jared Shlensky and feature opening statements by Bucks general manager Dan Corbin and field manager Scott Douglas followed by a question and answer session with Bucks front office, coaches, and players.
The Bucks play at Riverfront Stadium where the team welcomed a new state of the art video board in 2016 thanks to a matching grant from the Black Hawk County Gaming Association.  Team ownership has invested more than $170,000 in improvements since the end of the 2014 season including painted bleachers, public Wi-Fi, sound system, group outing areas, and concessions equipment.
