Cedar Falls Schools Announce Registration Dates

The Cedar Falls School District has announced registration dates for 2016-2017 School Year.

Registration dates for Cedar Falls Schools will be:

Elementary Registration: Tuesday, August 2 - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4-7 p.m.
If families are unable to register on the date listed, please contact the building directly to set up a time to come in and register.

High School Registration

• Monday, August 8, 4-7 p.m. Juniors
• Tuesday, August 9, Noon – 3 p.m. Seniors
• Tuesday, August 9, 4-7 p.m. Sophomores

Holmes Junior High Registration

*Please Note: Registration will be shut down from 4:00-5:00 pm

• 1 p.m. returning 8th grade (A-F)
• 1:20 p.m. returning 8th grade (G-O)
• 1:40 p.m. returning 8th grade (P-Z)
• 2 p.m. returning 9th grade (A-H)
• 2:20 p.m. returning 9th grade (I-O)
• 2:40 p.m. returning 9th grade (P-Z)
• 5 p.m. 7th grade (A-D)
• 5:30 p.m. 7th grade (E-K)
• 6 p.m. 7th grade (L-R)
• 6:30 p.m. 7th grade (S-Z)

Students who are unable to register on Wednesday, August 10, will be able to do so on Thursday, August 18, from 9-11 a.m. in the Holmes Conference Room or on the first day of classes, Thursday, August 25 from 7:15-7:45 a.m. in the Holmes Conference Room, which is located adjacent to the Main Office.

Students who are unable to register on Thursday, August 11, may do so on Wednesday, August 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the main office at Peet.

New students moving into the Cedar Falls School District should contact the district administrative center as soon as possible to fill out registration paperwork. You will also be asked to provide two proofs of residency. Please call 319-553-3000 for additional information.
