Bride-To-Be Called “Brat” For Hating Heirloom Engagement Ring

Talk about being ungrateful during what is supposed to be one of the happiest moments of your life! A bride posted on the wedding forum, Wedding Bee, that she had recently got engaged to her boyfriend of ten years. She was expecting this but what she was not expecting was the ring that he gave her. Apparently, she had been showing him pictures of the exact ring she had wanted for awhile, and when the time came he did not offer her that ring. Instead, he proposed with a special family ring, his grandmother's ring, hoping that she pass it down to their kids in the future.

While most of us would think this is sweet, the bride did not! She continued to ask advice on the website of how to confront her fiance about the fact that the ring she received was too blingy and not what she wanted in the end. You can imagine the responses she received with this question. Many respondents called her ungrateful, a brat and disrespectful.

I mean I have to agree, you really should just be happy that he proposed and not care about the material aspect of it! What do you think? Is she a brat or does she deserve the ring of her dreams?
