She purchased her winning ticket at Road Ranger, 100 Plaza Drive in Elk Run Heights. She claimed her prize on Tuesday at the lottery’s Cedar Rapids regional office. Key claimed the 29th of 42 prizes of $30,000 in the game. So, that means there's more $$$ out there. You better go by some "scratchers" and good luck!
