Country artists created some undeniably unforgettable moments over the course of 2019, and we've got the pics to prove it! Whether they were impromptu backstage snapshots, tear-jerking personal moments, onstage history in the making or just a whole lot of fun, the photos from this year in country music tell an impressive story.

One of 2019's most iconic moments happened when country legend Loretta Lynn celebrated her 87th birthday at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, surrounded by some of the genre's biggest stars. Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert and George Strait were just a few of the performers who took the stage in honors of Lynn, but even so, it was Keith Urban who took the cake -- pun intended!
