Will “The Bachelor” Look Like This When They Film in the Cedar Valley?

Arlington Iowa's Chris Soules has officially been named as the next bachelor on ABC's “The Bachelor”. So we are wondering what things Soules will make these glam-creatures do to win his heart. We found a video (below) of an old TV show that might hint at what we might see.

In 2008, “The CW” network had a show called “Farmer Wants a Wife”. Twenty city-slicker ladies came to a farm. All in hopes to win the heart of a down-to-Earth farmer. Most had never seen a chicken before.

Matt, the single farmer in this bachelor looking for love themed show, has the women corn shucking, drag racing tractors, and even scrambling for chickens.

“I've never seen a chicken before,” one contestant admitted. “I'm afraid it's going to peck my eyes out.”

Really? Wait until you see what he has you do to a cow (at 3:23). LoL.

And as this promotional video suggests, “Blood will be spilled” as the ladies start to fight for Matt's attention.

The teasers they play at the end of this video (beginning at 3:43) puts this show over the top on the BnB scale of funny TV. It was a very creative way to use a rooster.

Although we laughed at this video, we do desperately hope this is NOT the angle ABC takes.
