The Vice President’s recent LA visit had Jimmy Kimmel wondering how many people even know who the man is. So as an experiment he sent a camera crew out onto Hollywood Blvd. to ask Americans a very simple question: “Who is Joe Biden?” The answers are both hilarious and a bit baffling. See the video here.
