The Wartburg Knights hosted the Central College Dutch for a men's/women's basketball double-header on January 14, 2015. The Knights took the win in the women's game, 66-42. The men's bid for the win came up short against the Dutch falling 67-59.

The lady Knights took a 29-12 lead into the locker room at halftime as they held Central to a .182 team field goal percentage in the frame. The Dutch compiled a strong second half, as they scored 30 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the initial margin.

During the men's game, the Knights opened the game on a 16-7 run over the first 11 minutes of the game. The Dutch answered with a 11-2 run over the next three minutes to knot the game at 1 all with 6:05 left in the half. The score was tied two more times over the next three minutes until Central took the 31-22 lead into halftime on a 9-0 run over the last four minutes of the first half.

The Knights sliced the margin to two points (39-37) with 12:35 to go, but Central answered again with a 10-2 run over the next four minutes to build the lead to 10 and did not relinquish this lead for the rest of the game.

Freshman Nate Woeste (Atkins) and sophomore Jordan Cannon (Bolingbrook, Ill.) tallied 14 and 10 points.
