Pretty Loaded is a group that teaches self-defense and safety training. We recently ran across their YouTube channel and found a number of videos that not only give great tips that could save your life, but your child's life as well.

There are several reasons why you shouldn't walk and text at the same time. This video from Pretty Loaded shows how texting and walking could give you more to worry about than bumping into a trees.

Pretty Loaded also has videos on the dangers of walking near buildings, elevator safety and even pepper spray tactics. Another video that really caught our attention was this one on child safety - walking home from school.
