It's hard to believe that we are just a few short months from a new year. To sum it up, 2015 has been one crazy year especially for our men and women in blue.

Most people in this country know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the majority of police officers are good hardworking people. The dangers they face every day to protect and serve the public is nothing short of honorable. Watching all the protest against the police have been hard to watch but not as hard as watching the news reports of people murdering innocent cops just because of what they do for a living.

The cops are still the good guys, right? That's a question little Jeremie of Lansing Michigan asked his mom while watching one of the protest on TV. Of coarse his mom answered yes. After some thought, Jeremie decided to take matters into his own hands and do something nice for the local police department to show his support. Watch the touching story here.

In the last month or so we have noticed many people stepping up in their own way to show their support for local law enforcement. Some people are replacing their porch lights with blue lights. Some are painting blue strips on their curb in front of their home and others are hanging blue flags from their antennas on their vehicle. The list goes on and on. Light always overshadows darkness and sometimes it just takes one person with a match to get it started.
