On Tuesday, September 29th Cedar Falls Police issued an arrest warrant for a woman involved in the September 15th theft case from the Cedar Falls Von Maur Store.

The arrest warrant was issued for Tiffany Renee Reed, 26, of 6124 Bermuda Drive Saint Louis, Missouri. CFPD investigators were contacted by the West Des Moines Police Department after a press release about the theft was distributed by the media and Crime Stoppers on September 24th. West Des Moines Police investigators had investigated similar thefts committed by Reed and associates at the Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines.

Reed has a lengthy criminal history in surrounding states including recent arrests for robbery, theft, vehicular homicide, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and other miscellaneous charges.

Cedar Falls Police were contacted on October 1st and advised that Reed had been arrested in Washington County, Iowa after a pursuit with the Iowa State Patrol and other local agencies.

Reed is being held in the Washington County Jail in Washington, Iowa. The investigation continues. The other two suspects in the store surveillance video have not been identified at this time. The attached arrest photos are from previous arrests in Missouri.
