Northern Iowa leads after day one of the 2014 MAC Wrestling Championships as the Panthers have 97 points and five wrestlers in contention for a MAC title.  Missouri ranks second with 89.5 points, while Ohio (81 points), Old Dominion (79 points) and Central Michigan (65.5 points) round out the top five in the team standings.  The MAC completed the quarterfinal, semifinal and consolation rounds throughout the first day of competition.

The Panthers lead the way with five wrestlers Dylan Peters, Joe Colon, Joey Lazor, Cooper Moore, and Ryan Loder competing in championship matches.
