Teenage Girl Dies in Utility Vehicle Rollover

A 13 year old Northeast Iowa girl has died after rolling a 4-wheel utility vehicle.
The accident occurred just before 7pm Friday, east of the town of Delaware, in rural Delaware County.

13 year old Anna Marie Nefzger of Manchester was driving the 2013 Polaris XP Ranger northbound onto 245th Avenue, crossing Highway 20, when she lost control of the vehicle, entered a ditch, and rolled.

Nefzger was ejected from the UTV, and pinned underneath the driver's side.

Nefzger was taken to the Manchester hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The Iowa State Patrol covered the incident.
