Alterations are being made to the qualifying system for the Iowa high school football playoffs this fall, and teams will be allowed to play out-of-state opponents during the regular season for the first time in six years.
It's time for the 2017 Iowa High School Football Playoffs. A total of 96 teams qualified for post-season play, each with a goal of making it to the UNI-Dome for the championships in mid-November. Six champions will been crowned.
