Independence Schedule Change
The Independence Motor Speedway announced a change to its 2017 schedule. The most notable changes are the Deery Brothers race and Dale Miller Memorial now have new dates.

Tyler Droste drove into victory lane after claiming the win in the 2nd annual Dale Miller Memorial on July 6, 2016 at the Independence Motor Speedway.

Ronn Lauritzen become the first ever winner of the Dale Miller Memorial at the Independence Motor Speedway. Lauritzen held off pressure from Brian Irvine in the final laps for the win on August 15, 2015.
