Waterloo police have made a second arrest in connection with a fight that resulted in five injures.

Officers took Dalevon H. Allen, 23, of Waterloo, into custody on Wednesday (April 22, 2015). He was arrested on felony charges of going armed with intent and willful bodily injury.

Allen is being held in the Black Hawk County jail on $50,000 bond.

Police said a warrant was issued for Allen's arrest following the altercation outside the Prime Mart convenience store on December 26, 2014. According to police, Allen was one of five people who was treated for stab wounds after the fight.

On January 10, police arrested Luttreal Allen of Waterloo on similar charges connected to the same incident.
