After another round of heavy rain, the area is experiencing traffic issues during the morning commute.  There are several roads that we are seeing under water.  We will also need to keep an eye on river and creek levels for the next twenty-four hours.  Here are the major roadways that may cause you a delay this morning.

Fletcher Avenue at Hope Martin Park (Waterloo).
Flood gates are closed between University Avenue and Highway 63 (Sargent Road).

Ridgeway Avenue near the Greyhound Park.
We are getting reports from listeners that Ridgeway Avenue is close at Black Hawk Creek due to flooding.

IA 14 in both directions:
Expect delays between County Road D53 and IA 175 (5 miles south of the Grundy Center area). Expect delays because of flooding.

IA 21 in both directions: Road blocked.
Between IA 212 and County Road E66 (near Belle Plaine). The road is blocked because of flooding.  A detour is in operation.

IA 175 in both directions: Roadway reduced to one lane.
Between County Road T53 (near Morrison) and County Road T69 (near Reinbeck). The roadway is reduced to one lane because of flooding.
