Retrieving Freedom To Hold It’s Grand Opening In Waverly

Retrieving Freedom will hold it's Grand Opening on June 27th. Retrieving Freedom, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that trains service dogs for placement with Veterans, children with autism and adults and children with Diabetes.

An 'Open House' will be held at the Retrieving Freedom facility located at 1152 230th Street in Waverly, IA. The "Hawgs, Dogs and Heroes Ride" will kick off with a bike blessing at 10 AM and the ride begins at 11 AM. Poker hands and 50/50.

Bring the kids out to enjoy kid activities, face painting, wheelchair races, a bouncy house, rock wall climbing and meet the puppies for pictures! A free will meal will be served from 5 PM to 7 PM with "The Dirt Road Band" as entertainment.

A live auction will be held at 7 PM featuring a 2013 Fat Bob custom Harley signed by Toby Keith.
