Quasky Accident puts Rowley teen in Hospital

Photo: Dimitriy Eremnkov[/caption]A Rowley teen is recovering from injuries he sustained in a weekend accident.

It happened shortly after midnight, early Sunday, on 290th street near Quasqueton in Buchanan county.

A car driven by 19 year old Colton Stoddard did not stop for a stop sign, went through an intersection, and went into the ditch. Stoddard's car traveled over 100 yards in the ditch until it hit a driveway. It then flipped over onto it's top.

Staddard was pulled out of the car by the Quasqueton fire department, then airlifted to University Hospitals in Iowa City. A condition report was not available.
