Betting on who will win between New England and Atlanta has apparently become boring to the chronic gambler. Did you know you could bet on these strange non-football things?

Bovada Sportsbook in Las Vegas is one of many sports books that offer more than the 'who is going to win' bet. I found some of the more 'odd' non-football bets you could make.

You can bet on how long it will take Luke Bryan to sing the national anthem. Bovada's over/under is 2 minutes 9 seconds. I'll take under on this one.

Will Luke Bryan be wearing a hat when he appears on screen before singing the national anthem? Their odds are Yes: 7/5 and No: 5/9. I'm selecting No as my one.

How about placing a bet on Luke Bryan forgetting or omitting a word from the national anthem? Any takers at Yes with 4/1 odds or No at 1/7? I'm saying No. I have a little more faith in Luke than that.

Because we can't seem to get away from politics these days, there is even a bet on how many times that 'Trump' will be said on TV during the broadcast. The over/under is 1.5 times. Ugh, I'll pass on this one.

How about bets on Tom Brady's gal pal Gisele Bundchen being shown on TV during the broadcast (Over 1½: 11/10 ... Under 1½: 2/3), or will “Houston we have a problem” be said on TV during the live broadcast (Yes: 5/2 ... No: 1/4).

What about the color hair Lady Gaga will dawn when she takes the stage for the halftime show (Blonde: 1/4, Any other color: 5/2). I will have no clue, as I plan to hit the buffet line for a second time. Okay maybe for the third or fourth time by halftime.
