NE Iowa Rollover Puts 2 Hopkinton Women in Hospital

A one-car rollover in Delaware County has put two young women in the hospital.

The accident happened just before 2:30pm Tuesday (June 5), on 315th Street near Hopkinton,

A car driven by 23 year old Audrey Kracke of Hopkinton, was eastbound, when it went out of control. The car entered a ditch, struck a culvert, and rolled over, coming to rest upside down.

Kracke and her passenger, 19 year old Whitney Wilson, also of Hopkinton, were taken to the hospital in Manchester. A condition report was not available.

The accident is still under investigation.

The accident was covered by the Iowa State Patrol, with assistance from the Delaware County Sheriff, Hopkinton Fire Department, and Monticello EMS.
