How Do You Like Your Steak? Survey Results

We asked the Cedar Valley how they like their steak. Find out now what was the most popular cut, how the Cedar Valley liked it cooked, and the most popular side dish was.

We revealed the results of our Great Steak Debate Survey during the Friday addition of Gender Bender heard weekday mornings at 7:35.

The Rib Eye cut took the top spot in our survey. 37% of the Cedar Valley said that the rib eye was their top choice. Top Sirloin claimed 24% of the vote, and Fillet Mignon was a distant third at 10%.

When is comes how to preparing the steak, Medium was the most popular choice at 32%. Medium-Rare was a close second with 27% of the Cedar Valley choosing that has their favorite. Medium-Well (16%) and Rare (14%) rounded out the Top 4.

The most popular side dish comes from the potato family. 65% preferred a Baked or Mashed Potato. Fries was a distant second at 24%. A few opted for a healthy angle with a Salad (8%).
