Hootie and the Blowfish making their way to Iowa in 2019- TWICE!

That’s right, Hootie and the Blowfish are making a big comeback in 2019 after a 15-year hiatus! This legendary band with country superstar frontrunner, Darius Rucker, are going on a 44-city tour, the Group Therapy Tour! If you are ready to see them now, well you will have to wait until next year but they will be in Iowa TWICE! Yep, you will get two chances to see them if you can’t go the first time or are a superfan and want to see them everywhere!

The Group Therapy Tour will kick off May 30^th in Virginia Beach, Virginia and they will be in Monticello, IA on July 19^th for the Great Jones County Fair and in Des Moines, IA on August 18^th at the Iowa state fair. Tickets go on sale December 7^th and not only are you paying to see Hootie and the Blowfish but they will also have Barenaked Ladies as their special guests on this tour!

If you thought there could not be anything better than this, well you were wrong! Hootie and the Blowfish are also recording a brand-new album after their hiatus! Who could ask for a better way to start off 2019?!
