Holiday Garbage Collection Schedule For Waterloo

Waterloo City Hall offices (excluding emergency services) will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 24th and 25th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Garbage collection will be rescheduled as follows:

• Thursday, November 24th routes will be picked-up Saturday,
  November 26th
• Friday, November 25th routes will be picked-up on Monday,
  November 28th

Citizens are reminded to have their carts curbside no later than 6:00 AM the day of pick-up. Citizens are also reminded that the yard waste facility on Independence Avenue will close on December 1st. Any questions may be directed to the Sanitation Department at (319) 291-4455.
