Highway, Closed for Repairs, Now Open Early

Highway 150 through Oelwein, is now open to through traffic.

The Iowa Department of Transportation closed the road to make repairs of a rail line that crosses the highway.

The scheduled detour was posted for Tuesday (July 26) through this Friday (July 29).

However, the work was completed ahead of time, and the regular route was opened to through traffic today (Thursday, July 28).
