Garth Brooks First Concert Announced For His Comeback Tour

You can cut the suspense with a knife right now. Where is Garth Brooks going to be playing at? The first tour date has been announced and you may be surprised at how close it is to the Cedar Valley.

So Garth is taking his talents to the Rosemont Horizon just outside of Chicago on September 4th. The venue holds about 15,000 people. Tickets go on sale Friday July 25th at 10am through Ticketmaster.com

If you are worried about not getting tickets because the concert will sell out in a matter of minutes there could be a possibility of extra shows on the following days.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet I can tell you that the Rosemont Horizon has nothing booked that whole weekend and why would Garth have his first concert on a Thursday night anyways? Garth likes to hold multiple shows in major cities and I don't see why he wouldn't do it for his comeback tour also.

Again these are only my theories but if the Rosemont Horizon hasn't anything booked for that weekend and Garth has those dates open that weekend my money would be on him having 4 shows in 4 nights.
