A few short days after bursting onto the Teen Choice Awards stage to accept the award for Choice Country Song alongside Bebe Rexha for their song "Meant to Be," Florida Georgia Line graced the stage of The Late Late Show With James Corden to perform their rootsy single "Simple."

Bathed in a sepia tone Instagram-like filter, the duo of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley looked like they were having a great time performing alongside their band on Tuesday (Aug. 14). They kept their performance as straightforward as the song itself, giving off a loose, fun vibe that was contagious, and their stage garb took on a similar look and feel to their costuming in the song’s official music video, which premiered earlier this summer.

“The ease in this song, this storyline, it’s all so reflective of where we are right now in our own lives,” Hubbard says in a recent press release about the song and video.

FGL Are One of Country Music's Highest-Paid Artists of 2018:

“With this feel-good tune, we’re going back to basics [and] the stripped-down roots,” adds Kelley. “We’re so excited that fans are vibing with its simple nature.”

The pair seem quite content these days singing about the simle things in life, and while the song is the first single from FGL’s upcoming fourth studio album, their lives are actually far from simple at the moment. In addition to recording a new album and performing shows, they are involved in a number of other businesses, including Old Camp Whiskey, a Nashville restaurant and club called FGL House and a clothing line, Tribe Kelley.
