The Waterloo East High Music Department is inviting the Cedar Valley to "Music On The River" Sunday April 27th 2014 at 4. East High's Band, Orchestra and Choir will perform for the public at the Waterloo Riverloop Amphitheatre in Downtown Waterloo. Refreshments will be served and a gift card raffle will be held to help raise funds for the music department.
