Walk For Wishes To Be Held In Cedar Falls

Be a HERO! Walk for Wishes Saturday, April 16th at Gateway Park in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Take part in the 5K Walk or Run and be sure to dress as your favorite superhero.

Join your friends and neighbors, start a team, consider becoming a sponsor and most importantly be a HERO to the children and families in your community.

On average, one wish is granted every other day in Iowa. With your help, other qualified children won't be denied this life-affirming opportunity in the future.

Simply register and start raising money or form a team and work together. All materials you will need are available on-line or follow the event on Facebook. Find fundraising tips, ask for donations via the Internet, create teams, take credit card donations and track your progress.

• Packet Pick-Up at Runners Flat  4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday April 16th - Gateway Park

• Registration / Check-In  8:00 AM
• Wish Family Presentation & Warm-Up 9:00 AM
• 5k Walk and Run Begins 9:30 AM

Following race, awards for top finishers and fundraisers.
