The second annual Veteran Memorial 5K will be Saturday, May 28, at River Side Park in Fairbank to help build a monument at Veterans Memorial Park.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female participants. Prizes will be awarded for all toddler (ages 1-4) and kid (ages 5-17) run participants. T-shirts are guaranteed for all 5K runners who pre-register two weeks before the race. Walkers and strollers are welcome.
The registration fee is $30 by April 30 or $35 on race day. Registration forms can be mailed to Norm Pint in Fairbank.
