Downton Abbey Releases A New Trailer For It’s Fifth Season
Britain's ITV network has released the trailer for Downton Abbey's fifth season.
According to Deadline.com, Season 5 will open in 1924 as Ramsay MacDonald becomes Britain’s first ever Labour Prime Minister. Additionally, Lady Mary, who dealt with her husband Matthew's death last season, will try to figure out how her life moves forward.
Downton Abbey's fifth season premieres in the U.K. on September 21. As previously announced, it will premiere here in the U.S. January 4 on PBS.
