The UNI Panthers snapped their four-game losing skid with a 68-50 road victory over the Bradley Braves at Carver Arena in Peoria, Ill. on Wednesday (Jan. 27, 2016).

UNI (11-11 overall, 3-6 MVC) was led by senior Paul Jesperson's career-high 28 points and a school-record tying eight made three-pointers. Junior Jeremy Morgan set a career-high with seven steals to go along with 10 points, three assists and two blocks. Senior Wes Washpun dished out a game-high 10 assists.

The Panthers drained a season-high 15 three-pointers against Bradley (3-19 overall, 1-8 MVC).

UNI led by as many as 12 in the first half at 27-15. The Panthers built a 30-20 advantage before the Braves used a 12-2 run to tie the game at 32-32 with 1:02 left before intermission.

Jesperson led all scorers with 13 first-half points, including a three-pointer with 34 seconds left before half. UNI drained 7-of-12 three-point shots in the first half.

Bradley took its only lead of the game at 38-37 following a three-pointer from Antoine Pittman. Following Pittman's three-pointer, the Panthers did not allow a Bradley field goal until Pittman scored again at 11:44.

UNI went on a 20-6 run following the brief Bradley lead, giving the Panthers a 57-44 edge with 7:41 left in the game.
