A tenth date has been added to the Hawkeye Dirt Tour 2016 schedule. The Dubuque County Fair will host IMCA's open wheel tour on Tuesday, July 26.

Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds will race on the opening night of the Dubuque County Fair for a minimum of $1,000 to win and a minimum of $150 to start. This marks their first tour visit to Dubuque Speedway for the midweek show.

In addition to special series points, IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, BMS North Central Region and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded. The feature is a qualifying race for the 2017 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.

Pit gates open at 4:00 PM, hot laps are at 6:30 PM. and racing starts at 7:00 PM.

Fair admission is $10, which covers admission to the grandstand while kids 11 and under are free when accompanying a paid adult. Pit passes are $25.

Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and the Sprint Invaders are also on the card. National and state points will be awarded to Northern SportMods; there is no entry fee for any division.
