Carrie Underwood returns for a second season performing the theme song for NBC's "Sunday Night Football".  In this video, we get to see a behind the scenes look of the making of the iconic open.

Carrie filmed the "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night" video earlier this year.  11 pro football players will join Carrie throughout the season. Some of those players include Green Bay's Clay Matthews, San Francisco's Colin Kaepernick, and Philadelphia's LeSean McCoy.

Underwood claimed to have been an awesome quarterback back in high school.  She even demonstrated her throwing talent in this behind the scenes video.  We'll just say that it's a good thing she can sing.

NBC's Sunday Night Football kicks off September 7 as Denver host Indianapolis.  Carrie will also sing a special opening for NBC's Super Bowl telecast on February 1, 2015.
